Sizing Information

Every pet is different and garment sizes vary across many clothing styles and manufacturers. That's why it's so important to measure your furbaby before choosing a size.

Most garments require three (3) measurements; Neck Girth, Chest Girth and Back Length.

Neck Girth is most important when measuring for Collars, Jumpers, Hoodies, T-Shirts, etc. You will need to measure the girth (circumference) around your cat/dog's neck. Try to measure the widest part of the neck to ensure the garment fits comfortably around the neck. It will also help when dressing or removing the garments.

Chest Girth is most important when measuring for Jumpers, Hoodies, T-Shirts, etc. You will need to measure the girth (circumference) around your cat/dog's chest. Try to measure the widest part of the chest to ensure clothing isn't tight around the chest area.

It is always best to tuck a couple of your fingers under the measuring tape or to add an extra 2cm to your measurements for a more room for comfort.

Back Length is most important when measuring for Jumpers, Hoodies, T-Shirts, etc. to ensure the clothing will provide enough coverage on the back.  Measure the length from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. The garments don't need to cover the tail, but rather cover right until the base of the tail.

Once you have your Neck Girth, Chest Girth and Back Length measurements, refer to the relevant Size Chart. Focus on the Neck and Chest Girths first and then look for the Back Length.

If your measurements are right on a size, or you are choosing for a kitten or puppy, it's highly recommended to go one size bigger.

Size charts are available for each product. You will find a Size Chart link above the Product Description or on the right-hand side panel of the website.
