  My pet normally takes a certain size of clothing, would your sizes be the same?

A   Clothing brands vary in their sizing, so it is important to measure your pet correctly to ensure a comfortable fit.

 

  How do I measure my pet?

A   It is always best to refer to each product to check what measurements are required and the recommended size. Most of PWDs clothing would require a Neck, Chest and Back Measurement.

  • For the chest measurement, measure the largest part of your dog's/cat's chest.
  • Add a tolerance of 2-3cm to all of your measurements. This allows for extra room for your dog/cat.
  • Refer to the size chart for each product to see where your measurements sit within the sizing.
  • If your measurements are close to or right on a size in the size chart, it is suggested to go one size bigger. This will ensure a comfortable fit and allow for growth for puppies and kittens, if applicable.

Q   How long should I expect for my order to arrive?

A   Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and Australia Post's standard transit times. Please refer to Australia Post's website for delivery times for your area.

   

Q   Can I cancel an order?

A   You can cancel an order as long as it hasn't been despatched. Please notify PWD immediately via our Contact Us form and provide your email address and order number. A refund will be provided by the same way the initial payment was made.

If the goods have been despatched, you will need to return the goods at your own cost. Once goods have been receipted and deemed in good condition and unused, a refund will be applied the same way the initial payment was made.

If you have purchased a Customised item and wish to cancel, please notify the PWD team immediately. It is not guaranteed that this can be refunded as it may have already been in production. It is important to advise as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. If already produced, no refunds will be offered. 

  

Q   Do I need to sign for my delivery?

A   Nope! Your goods will be sent with Australia Post's Registered Parcel service. Australia Post will deliver your order to your nominated address, and if unattended, will leave your delivery in a safe place. If you do not wish for this to happen, please notify Australia Post via their Australia Post App or website using the tracking number provided by PWD or contact us via our Contact Us form.

  

Q   Can you make customisable items not listed in your store and in bulk?

A   PWD have the capability of printing on Garments, Custom Stickers, Signage, Stationery and more! Please contact us to discuss your requirements. We will be able to provide you with a quote once we have more information on your request.
